Google "SITE Operator"

posted Jul 13, 2011, 3:44 PM by Carol LaRow   [ updated Jul 13, 2011, 3:52 PM ]
You can tell Google to search a specific website by using "SITE OPERATOR." This tells Google not to harvest the information from other sites by limiting the search to the site you specify. Just type your search term and the SITE Operator into the search box.

Here are a few examples:

1) Paul Revere site:notablebiographies.com
2) MLA site:citationmachine.net
3) 1099 Form site:irs.gov
